  My mom is currently a patient, and aside from one of the nurses she had yesterday and the nurses in the ER, this place is absolutely horrible. Had I known the run around they would be giving us over the course of 3 days, I would have taken her elsewhere. ER doctor said one thing according to CT scan reports, and yet another doctor said something else. A proper, official diagnosis has not been given, every time a new issue arises we have to wait for a specialist to address that issue, which apparently takes HOURS. Antibiotics were not administered promptly even though inflammation and infection were detected. One doctor didn't even have the CT scan reports, one doctor did a procedure and left without giving an update or any sort of information. I could go on and on and on.....shows how money hungry this hospital is to have patients and their families go through so much BS and frustration. If there is ever another time I need emergency medical care, I will drive an extra few minutes elsewhere knowing what I know.

  The medical staff was caring and nurturing. Most of them understood what you had been through. Charge Nurse Priscilla was very courteous and she made sure I received the best treatment.
